The temple waters have risen, and a brush-stroke monkey has to cross them on ropes. Hold to grab the nearest anchor peg, ride the arc, release at the peak of the swing — momentum carries straight into the next grab, and a mistimed let-go drops you in the flood. It is drawn as a woodblock print: Great-Wave crest curls and foam fingers, persimmon and indigo on paper grain, a red sun, pagoda silhouettes and a torii gate on the far bank. Four crossings of rising length (第 1 渡 to 第 4 渡), each with its own par time, graded in stars at the shore.
How to play
Hold the mouse button (or Space) to grab the nearest cedar peg within reach — only pegs above the monkey's belt qualify, and the rope never lets you dip below the surface.
Release to let go: you fly off tangentially, so timing the release decides whether you reach the next peg or kiss the waves.
Momentum carries between swings; leaning into the arc (staying on the rope through the bottom of the swing) pumps speed up for a longer throw.
A splash costs you a sink, then you respawn hanging from the last peg — there are no lives, but every splash is tallied as 飛沫 on the HUD.
Reach the torii gate on the far bank to clear the crossing: par time or better is 3 stars, up to 1.4× par is 2, anything slower is 1.
Space advances to the next crossing after a clear; after all four, the total time of the whole temple run is shown.
