Coloured sand pours grain by grain from a hopper at the top of the board, and it is your job to route every falling colour into its matching vial before the pile backs up into the throat. Click a baffle to rotate it 45°; the central lever-baffle swings the hopper itself between the left, centre and right vials. Let two colours share a vial and the grains muddy — a muddied vial never sets, and too much mix ends the run. The look is warm kinetic sand: matte grainy terracotta, ochre and walnut on a cream board, with soft shadows, drifting dust motes and a puff of powder every time a baffle snaps around.
How to play
Click a baffle to rotate it 45° — or press keys 1, 2, 3 to rotate the left, centre and right baffles.
The centre baffle is the gate lever: each rotation aims the hopper at the left, centre or right vial, so time your turns to the colour currently falling.
Fill each of the three vials to its dashed target line with pure, matching grains. Each settled pure grain scores +1, and a set level adds a clear bonus.
A wrong-coloured grain muddies its vial (shown as a striped bar on the vial meter); too many muddied grains and the run ends.
Don't let the sand pile back up to the hopper at the top — overflow also ends the run.
Press P to pause and R to restart the level. Start with Enter or Space on the title card.
