The sacristan dropped the rose window on the way up the ladder, and now fifteen leaded panes lie scattered across the frame. This is the classic sliding puzzle with the numbers taken out: no digits, no order to fall back on — you rebuild the stained-glass rose by sight, watching the petals, gems and the central roundel line up. Every pane you set true catches the candlelight, and the glow over the nave grows as the picture nears wholeness. A hidden move counter decides which saint's medal the window awards you at the end.
How to play
Press Enter (or tap anywhere) on the title card to light the candles and scramble the window.
Click a pane that sits next to the dark gap to slide it into place; a small reference thumbnail shows the whole window you are rebuilding.
Arrow keys also work, and a swipe across the board slides a pane the same way — on touch, just drag toward the gap.
Set panes “true” and they chime, flash and stay lit; the counter at the top tracks panes set out of 15.
Use the Veil button to hide the reference thumbnail if you want a real test of memory and eye; New re-scrambles, P or Esc pauses.
Restore all fifteen panes to complete the window: your hidden move count awards the Aureate Medal of St. Vitus (95 moves or fewer), Silver of St. Cecilia, Bronze of St. Lucia, or a Pilgrim's Token for the patient.
