Binarize is a binary logic puzzle running on a simulated CRT: phosphor-green glyphs on near-black, rolling scanlines, a cursor hum you can mute, and a full-screen flicker whenever you break a law. Fill the field with 0s and 1s under three statutes — no triples, equal 0/1 per line, and the twist that makes it bite: every 2×2 block must hold an odd number of filled cells. Every board is generated fresh with a unique solution, and the law compiler flags each contradiction the moment it appears. Stabilize the field and the terminal signs off with a "BINARY FIELD STABILIZED" readout.
How to play
Click or tap a cell to cycle it: blank → 0 → 1 → blank.
Honor all three laws: L1 no three equal in a row or column, L2 every line holds an equal number of 0s and 1s, L3 every 2×2 block contains an odd number of 1s.
Seed nodes (cells marked with a green tick) are fixed clues — clicking one flashes SEED NODE LOCKED.
HINT injects one correct cell from the built-in solver, RESET purges the field back to the seed nodes, MENU returns to boot.
Keyboard: Enter starts the default 8×8 field; arrow keys move the blinking block cursor and Enter/Space toggles under it; P or Esc pauses, M mutes the cursor hum.
Fill every cell with the LAWS BROKEN counter at zero to win; pick 8×8, 12×12 or 16×16 fields from the boot menu.
