Lane Beasts is a three-lane lane-push card duel against an AI. Every wave you spend mana to deploy holographic beasts across three lanes — but types counter in a wheel: claw crushes slime, slime smothers wing, wing shreds claw. The foe telegraphs its next wave, so a good read on the counter wheel wins the lane; an unblocked beast smashes the enemy totem until one of the two monoliths shatters. Presented like a trading-card foil: holo sheen sweeps across every creature card, beveled golden borders, and gem-crystal mana, power and health counters.
How to play
Click a card in your hand to select it (or press 1-5, or swipe up/down on touch).
Click one of the three lanes to deploy that beast there — each lane holds at most two creatures.
Deployment costs the card's mana gem; your mana pool refills every wave and grows as the match goes on.
When the deploy timer runs out (or you press Space/Enter, or tap the FIGHT button), both sides clash: creatures hit the front enemy in their lane, type advantage doubles damage (a green ×2!) and disadvantage halves it.
A beast in a lane with no enemy blocker hits the enemy totem directly — whittle it from 24 HP to zero to win. If your own totem falls first, you lose.
Watch the dashed telegraph chips on the right side: they preview what the AI commits next wave, so you can position counters early.
