Two jobs, one shift upon the wall. Between enemy volleys you are the mason: run along the battlements and mend every cracked tile before the next barrage finds it. While fire is in the air you are the artillerist: sling stones from the keep's catapult and bring their towers down. The whole siege is painted like an illuminated manuscript — vellum ground, gold-leaf marginalia, flat heraldic figures in vermilion ink. In the clip, three well-aimed stones fold the leftmost enemy tower into a burning stump while the wall you just patched takes its volley and holds.
How to play
Click (or press Enter/Space) on the title page to muster the watch.
During THE REPAIR SHIFT, click a spot on the wall — the mason runs there; stand on a cracked tile and his trowel rebuilds it (+150, gold REPAIRED mark).
During VOLLEY, drag anywhere and release to sling a stone from the catapult — pull back like a slingshot; the dotted arc previews the shot.
Three hits fell an enemy tower (+500, TOWER FELLED); felling all three wins the siege.
Enemy rocks crack your tiles; a fully collapsed tile becomes a gap, and an enemy siege tower that docks at a gap takes the city.
Arrows nudge the mason; P or Esc pauses. Rounds quicken — repair time shrinks each round.
