The game

Blackjack at a haunted table: the dealer is a stitched monster whose life is 21 minus the hearts hidden in its hand — match that weak point EXACTLY to land a critical hit and double your mana wager. Bust, and the monster bites back; watch its glowing tell to read the hole card's suit before you decide. Eight gothic horrors guard the felt, from Baron Stitches to Midnight Counsel, each striking harder than the last. Drawn in Burton-lavender: spiral hills, a crescent moon, thin-limb stuffed monsters with button eyes.

How to play

• Click or press Enter on the title to begin the vigil.
• On the wager row, click a mana chip (1, 2, 3 or 5), then DEAL CARDS (or Enter).
• Press H (or click HIT) to draw; press S / Enter (or click STAND) to play your hand.
• Match 21 minus the dealer hand's hidden heart count exactly for a WEAK-POINT CRIT: 2 damage and double your wager back.
• Bust and the monster counterattacks for its full attack (3–6 vitality); a losing stand costs half.
• Press Enter / CONTINUE between rounds; defeat all 8 monsters (3 hearts each) to win — hit 0 vitality and your stitches unravel.
• P / Esc pauses.
